Can I still use my UTM campaigns?
Yes, no change necessary. Analyze your campaigns with UTM parameters directly in Acquisitions > Campaigns.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are all located and operated in Switzerland, distributed over several locations.
Why is there no free plan?
Unlike other companies we do not make money selling your data but selling a service. We do have a 7 day trial with every plan.
Does this slow my website down?
Our script is tiny (less than 1kB) and will not affect your website-performance at all.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password in your account security settings.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account in your account settings. Be aware that deleting your account is permanent.
How can I change my avatar?
We get our avatars from gravatar.com - you can change your avatar there and it will automatically update in your dashboard. An account is necessary.

Plans and Billing

What types of payment do you accept?
We support all the major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro etc. You can add more than one payment method in your account.
Can I change my plan?
Sure, you can change your plan anytime. Upon changing plans, your active subscription will be cancelled immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course, you can also cancel your subscription anytime. You will still have full access to the features you have paid for until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Should your subscription expire, you will only loose the access to the subscription features.
How many websites can I add to my account?
Add as many as you like, we do not limit the amount of websites within your account.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can simply download an invoice in your account.
